At Emilia Archive Vintage, we curate and sell authentic second‑hand and vintage luxury items. Due to the unique, pre‑owned nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size or fit

  • minor signs of wear consistent with pre‑owned items

  • color variations due to screen display differences

Each item is one‑of‑a‑kind, and once purchased, it cannot be returned.


2. Condition of Items

All products sold on our website are second‑hand, vintage, or pre‑owned. We carefully inspect and authenticate every item before listing it.

Each product page includes:

  • detailed photos

  • condition notes

  • measurements

  • visible signs of wear (if any)

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the item description and accept the condition as shown.


3. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. If you believe an item is not authentic, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • order number

  • detailed explanation

  • supporting documentation from a recognized third‑party authenticator

Claims submitted without proper documentation cannot be reviewed.

If authenticity is verified as an issue, we will work with you to resolve the case appropriately.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • photos of the packaging

  • photos of the item

  • a description of the issue

We will evaluate the case and determine the appropriate solution.


5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers

  • lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • customs duties, taxes, or import fees

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, return and storage costs may be deducted from any potential resolution.


6. Order Cancellations

Because our items are unique and limited, orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
