Montblanc Writers Edition Antoine de Saint-Exupéry Rollerball Limited Edition. A Montblanc rollerball made with a hood and a dark blue resin body with a clip and platinum-plated finishes. The drawing on the stol features engravings inspired by the sky seen by Saint-Exupéry on November 1, 1929.
The design and shape are inspired by his legendary aircraft Caudron Simoun and his famous novel "Night Flight". The engravings on the body and cap depict the sky observed by Saint-Exupéry on November 1, 1929 at 23:00. As director of the new company Aeroposta Argentina S.A., Antoine de Saint-Exupéry made the inaugural flight of Aeroposta on November 1, 1929, flying from an airfield at Villa Harding Green to Comodoro Rivadavia. The details are inspired by the cockpit of his plane. The geographical positions of important cities in the life of Saint-Exupéry are engraved on the cone.
